The FPS Prototype project is being made in Godot 4 and is still in early stages. I am currently working on weapon and movement mechanics as well as enemy AI. Outside of gameplay and behavior programming I am working on concept art and modeling weapons and environment art for the game.
Contributions:
Prototyped weapon mechanics such as advanced recoil, bloom and shake mechanics to improve gunplay and gameplay experience
Utilized custom state machines to create scalable movement systems as well as assisting in creating game logic for weapons
Created weapon inventory mechanics that integrate with weapon state machine logic
Creating concept art, modeling, animating and rigging wepaons for use later.
